Captain Darrel Heaton has cruised and sailed thousands of nautical miles throughout the Chesapeake Bay, the East Coast from New England to the Florida Keys, Chesapeake Bay, Long Island Sound and dozens of Islands and Cays in the Bahamas. USCG Captains License, Sailing Endorsement, Safety at Sea Training and years of Atlantic offshore and AICW passages. Captain Scott Rainey
Captain Scott Rainey, a seasoned boat captain with over 30 years of experience navigating the waters of the East Coast and the Bahamas. Specializing in boat deliveries, Scott brings a deep passion for the sea and a commitment to ensuring each vessel reaches its destination safely and efficiently. Over the decades, he honed his skills in maritime navigation, vessel handling, and crew management. His extensive experience allows him to handle a variety of vessels up to 100 tons, ensuring each journey is smooth and hassle-free. Whether you're interested in a yacht delivery , delivering a newly purchased boat, or need professional assistance for a long-haul voyage, you can trust Captain Scott's expertise to get the job done right.
Capt. S. Scott Wooten
We met Captain Scott in the Bahamas at the Georgetown anchorage in February 2024. He started sailing in 2020 out of the Northern Neck of Virginia on the lower Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay. He’s worked two full time seasons aboard charter sailboats in the Chesapeake Bay (Schooner Woodwind) and the Outer Banks (Schooner Downeast Rover). By the spring of 2025, he’ll have a 50t USCG Masters License with Sailing and Towing endorsements as well as a US Sailing Keelboat instructor certification. He is a competent and experienced sailor and deck hand. He’s pretty handy to have aboard, capable of repairing just about anything; refrigeration systems, engines, sails, fiberglass, electical systems.

Captain Chris Wayman
USCG 100T Master Captain Chris has literally thousands of nautical miles and 45 years of sailing and offshore fishing experience. Chris operated his own 50 foot Viking Sportfisher for many years out of Pirates Cove North Carolina. His vast experience from Cape Cod to Key West, Chesapeake Bay, offshore Atlantic Ocean and AICW makes Captain Chris a capable and competent member of our delivery team.
